Job summary

Office Angels in Gateshead is seeking a personable Front of House / Receptionist to provide temporary cover in a busy business centre. You will greet visitors, handle calls and post, and help maintain a welcoming, professional reception area.

Candidates with strong customer service, excellent communication, and organisation skills will thrive in this role. 8:30am–5pm, 13 per hour, temporary dates 16 Sep–14 Oct, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Front of House / Reception Cover - Gateshead - Temporary

We are currently recruiting for a personable and professional Receptionist to provide temporary cover within a busy and modern business centre in Gateshead.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys interacting with people and creating a welcoming environment. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and professional experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of the reception area.

Location:

Gateshead. Due to the location, public transport access is limited

Pay Rate:

13 per hour

Contract:

Temporary

Dates: Wednesday 16th September - Wednesday 14th October. Monday - Friday

Hours:

8:30am - 5pm

Candidates who are available immediately are preferred.
