Job summary

Travelodge welcomes you to join our team as a Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. You will be part of a fun, supportive, family-feel team with flexible working to suit everyone, and no prior experience is required as we coach you through everything you need to know.

You will greet guests, check them in, handle cash and banking, and participate in regular fire and safety walks while supporting the wider hotel teams when needed. A welcoming attitude and team spirit are valued above all.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the hotel and provide a warm, efficient check-in experience.
• Handle cash and banking procedures accurately and securely.
• Conduct regular fire and safety walks and assist with guest safety.
• Support other hotel teams as needed to ensure smooth operations.
