Job summary

Travelodge Caterham Whyteleafe is seeking a friendly Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. No experience is required as we will coach you; enjoy a fun, supportive team with flexible hours and opportunities to develop within the Aspire programme.

You’ll welcome guests, check them in, handle cash, and support safety and team tasks as needed in a welcoming hotel environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Willing to learn and adapt to a hospitality role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the hotel and assist with check-in.
• Handle cash and banking procedures accurately.
• Conduct regular fire & safety walks and report issues.
• Assist wider hotel teams as needed to ensure smooth operations.
