Job summary

Travelodge Caernarfon is looking for two Reception Team Members on a PART-TIME contract. Be part of a fun, supportive team with flexible shifts (7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm) on-site at Caernarfon.

No prior experience needed — we’ll train you. Your duties include welcoming guests, checking them in, handling cash and banking, and assisting the wider team. Benefits include room discounts, a travel voucher on anniversary, and progression opportunities through Aspire Programme.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Strong guest-service mindset and communication skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts including early & late hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Handle cash, payments and basic banking procedures accurately.
• Support the wider hotel team as needed.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Follow safety procedures and fire/evacuation guidelines.
