Job summary

Travelodge Harwich is seeking a friendly Reception Team Member to join our part-time front desk. You’ll welcome guests, check them in, handle cash and banking procedures, and support the wider hotel team in a busy, family-friendly environment.

No experience is required as we provide full coaching. The role offers flexible hours, rewards, and opportunities to grow through our Aspire Programme.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Friendly, positive approach to guest service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and assist with check-in.
• Handle cash and banking procedures accurately.
• Conduct regular fire and safety walks and maintain safety standards.
• Support wider hotel team as needed to ensure smooth operations.
