Job summary

Welcome Break at Ramada Leeds East is hiring a Hotel Receptionist for a part-time role with immediate start. You will greet guests, check-in/out, handle bookings, payments and guest requests while maintaining a welcoming reception area. Training is provided; you’ll work mornings and evenings across weekdays and weekends.

The position offers hourly pay up to £12.85, plus £1 meals per shift, and access to staff benefits at Welcome Break locations.

Immediate start available | Part‑time hours - Any 3 days over 7 - Must be available mornings and evenings, weekdays and weekends.

Earn up to £12.85 per hour, plus £1 meals on every shift

As a Hotel Receptionist at our Welcome Break [Days Inn/Ramada] hotel, you’ll be the friendly face guests see first (and the helpful voice they speak to last!)

From smooth check‑ins and check‑outs to answering questions and keeping everything organised behind the desk, you’ll help create a great stay for every guest.

• Can stay calm, organised and professional when it gets busy
• Take pride in getting the details right—bookings, payments, and guest requests
• Like working as part of a supportive team and are happy to learn new systems (full training provided)
