Job summary

Welcome Break is seeking a Hotel Receptionist at our Ramada hotel in Boxworth, Cambridge CB23. Immediate start available with flexible part-time hours and a wage up to £12.85 per hour. You’ll be the friendly face guests see first and the voice they hear last, handling check-ins, payments, and guest requests to ensure a great stay.

You’ll work with a supportive team, learn new systems, and benefit from staff discounts and wellbeing initiatives. Full training is provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and make sure guests have what they need for a great stay
• Handle bookings and payments, answer calls and guest questions, and keep the reception area tidy and welcoming
• Follow health & safety procedures, complete checks as trained, and escalate as needed

From smooth check‑ins and check‑outs to answering questions and keeping everything organised behind the desk, you’ll help create a great stay for every guest.

What you’ll do as a Hotel Receptionist :
