As our next Reception Team Member, you…

Are the ‘face of ibis London Heathrow Airport’, extending a warm welcome to our guests, prioritizing their well-being, and adding a personal touch to their stay.

Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure a wonderful guest experience.

Are passionate about continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.

A little more information:

To support your success, you will be trained in all front-of-house functions and safety procedures for the property and its guests.

Joining us as a Receptionist means becoming part of a friendly team of 40 talented individuals. Our hotel has 356 rooms, a busy bar & restaurant, and ample onsite outdoor parking.

Fluency in English is required to best serve and welcome our guests.
