Rapport Guest Services in Edinburgh is seeking a Reception Team Leader to guide a high-performing front-of-house team and uphold exceptional service standards for corporate clients. The role involves leadership, client liaison, and coordinating catering and AV support to meet bespoke guest requirements.

You will oversee rotas, contribute to recruitment and performance reviews, and mentor staff to deliver memorable experiences in a 5-star or luxury environment.

Type of contract: Full-time, PermanentHours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 8 PM)

Main responsibilities
