Our team comprises around 19 staff, working across a full 24/7 shift pattern. Together, they provide essential support to one of the most high-pressure areas in the hospital. Reporting into the ED Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Work as Senior Admin and Clerical Receptionist, while overseeing the wider admin and clerical team

Manage rotas, annual leave, and ensure correct staffing levels across Reception, AAU, and GP in ED

Provide guidance on daily operational issues, ensuring resolution of problems as they arise

Support recruitment, performance management, and training for all admin staff
