Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is desirable.
• Reception, Nursery or EYFS experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support children across the Reception classroom.
• Assist with play-based and practical learning activities.
• Support children's communication, language and social development.
• Encourage independence and confidence.
• Work closely with the class teacher.
• Provide additional support to pupils who require it.
• Help maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment.
• Support classroom routines and transitions.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Follow safeguarding and school policies.
