About Early Years Ltd. is seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant for a full-time role in Tower Hamlets, starting ASAP. The role supports early years learners with play-based and structured activities to develop communication, language and social skills within a nurturing classroom.

You will collaborate with the EYFS team to create a safe, engaging environment and monitor children's development, ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed. DBS update service desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in EYFS or nursery settings is highly desirable.
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification is advantageous.
• Good understanding of early childhood development.
• Experience supporting communication and language development.
• Warm, patient and nurturing approach.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Genuine passion for early years education.
• Valid DBS on the Update Service is desirable.

About the role and school

Teach Plus are currently working with a welcoming primary school in Tower Hamlets who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their early years team.

The successful EYFS Teaching Assistant will support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping them develop their communication, social skills, confidence and independence through a mixture of structured and play-based learning.

You will work closely with the class teacher and wider early years team to create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn through exploration and practical activities.

The school is looking for an EYFS Teaching Assistant who is warm, patient and proactive, with a genuine passion for supporting young children's development.
