Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher with daily learning activities across Nursery and Reception.
• Deliver engaging EYFS activities through play, exploration and structured learning.
• Encourage language development, early phonics, number recognition and social interaction.
• Provide additional support to children who need help accessing activities or following routines.
• Promote positive behaviour, independence and confidence.
• Help prepare resources and maintain a safe, organised learning environment.
