Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in the Little Lever area of Bolton.

The successful candidate will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a child in Reception with high-level needs, including significant communication difficulties, ensuring they participate in learning and development opportunities alongside peers.

This is a long-term role, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Competenze

• Previous EYFS experience - essential.
• Experience supporting children with SEN and/or ASD.
• Passion for working with children with additional needs.
• Understanding of early childhood development.
• Excellent patience and relationship-building skills.
• Calm, consistent and nurturing approach.
• Ability to support SEN needs and learning/development.
• Resilience and commitment for dedicated 1:1 support.

1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant - Reception

Location: Little Lever, Bolton

Salary: £95-£110 per day, dependent on experience

Contract: Long-term, full-time, with potential for a permanent position

Are you passionate about Early Years and Special Educational Needs? Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in the Little Lever area of Bolton.

The successful candidate will provide dedicated support to a child in Reception with high-level additional needs, including significant communication difficulties.

This child requires a consistent, nurturing adult who can provide support throughout the school day while ensuring they are able to participate in learning and development opportunities alongside their peers.

The Role

• Providing consistent 1:1 support within a Reception classroom.
• Supporting a child with ASD and significant communication needs.
• Helping the child access the EYFS curriculum and play-based learning.
