Teaching Personnel is seeking a Reception Teacher in Bedford to deliver engaging early years lessons and support development under the EYFS framework. The role is full-time and long-term, with an ASAP start date.

Qualifications

• QTS is required.
• Reception or Early Years teaching experience is desirable.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Reception lessons and activities.
• Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom.
• Monitor and assess children's progress; encourage confidence, independence and communication.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and the wider school team.
