Smile Education in Cannock is seeking an enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to deliver engaging lessons for KS1/early years across welcoming primary schools. The role offers a full-time schedule and daily pay rates of 140–200 GBP, with ongoing support from a dedicated consultant.

The successful candidate will have QTS or equivalent, strong classroom and behaviour management, and a passion for inspiring young learners to reach their full potential in an inclusive environment.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching across Primary Schools, specifically in KS1 or early years.
• Be flexible, well-organised and confident teaching across a range of year groups.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management, behaviour management and communication skills.
• Adapt your teaching to meet the needs of individual learners and different abilities.
• Be passionate about delivering high-quality, engaging and inspiring lessons.
• Be committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where every pupil is encouraged to achieve their full potential.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering well-planned, engaging and purposeful lessons to children ages 4-5 years old
• Maintaining strong classroom routines and promoting positive behaviour and engagement
• Supporting pupil progress during classes and release time
• Working collaboratively with other class teachers, teaching assistants and wider school staff
• Upholding the school’s values of respect, ambition and inclusion
• Ensuring continuity, consistency and high standards in teaching and learning
• Adapting lessons to meet the needs of pupils with different abilities and learning needs
• Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive

Are you a experienced reception school teacher in the Cannock area looking for a flexible role within a supportive school environment? We are looking for a enthusiastic teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching across welcoming and well-established primary schools. This is an ideal opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about inspiring young people,helping them develop their knowledge, build confidence and achieve their full potential. We are looking for a dedication primary school teacher who is willing to work 5 days a week. As a Primary School Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
