Smile Education is seeking a dedicated Primary School Teacher for Codsall with flexible full-time/long-term opportunities. Start ASAP with daily pay between 140-200. Role includes delivering engaging lessons, promoting strong behaviour, and supporting pupil progress across Year 1 to Year 6 within welcoming schools.

As a Primary School Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering well-planned, engaging and purposeful lessons across Early Years to Year 6


• Maintaining strong classroom routines and promoting positive behaviour and engagement


• Supporting pupil progress during classes and release time


• Working collaboratively with other class teachers, teaching assistants and wider school staff

To be successful in this role you must:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification


• Have experience teaching across Primary Schools


• Be flexible, well-organised and confident teaching across a range of year groups


• Demonstrate strong classroom management, behaviour management and communication skills


• Adapt your teaching to meet the needs of individual learners and different abilities


• Be passionate about delivering high-quality, engaging and inspiring lessons


• Be committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where every pupil is encouraged to achieve their full potential
