Fairmont St Andrews in St Andrews is seeking a Reception Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll welcome VIPs and returning guests, oversee pre-arrival checks, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless service across the resort.

Responsibilities

Taking ownership of daily pre-arrival checks to ensure details are spot on.
Personally welcoming VIPs, Accor Live Limitless, and returning guests.
Stepping in for the Assistant Front Office Manager when needed, from pre-convention briefings to group arrivals.
Acting as the go-to contact for guests throughout their stay, resolving issues with ease and professionalism.
