Job summary

The Evolv Collection is seeking a Reception Supervisor for Skylon, located at Southbank Centre, London. You will support the front-of-house team, handle reservations, calls and guest queries with warmth and efficiency, and step in for managers when needed.

With a guest-centric mindset and strong communication, you will help deliver memorable theatre-side dining experiences while fostering a culture of coaching, collaboration and professional growth.

A bit about what you will be doing

We are looking for a passionate and guest-centric Reception Supervisor to join our team at Skylon. You'll be a key member of our front-of-house team, supporting the smooth operation of our restaurant. You'll support the Reception Management team in managing calls, enquiries, and reservations with grace and efficiency, while also stepping up to lead in their absence. With your warmth and charm, you'll build lasting relationships with both guests and team members alike, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant.
