Job summary

Skylon at Southbank Centre in London is looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. You will be the welcoming face behind the bar, crafting cocktails, pouring wines, and delivering warm, personal service to guests before and after theatre.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender is preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails and wines to guide guest choices.
• Excellent guest-facing service and warmth.

Responsibilities

• Provide bar service to guests, taking orders and serving drinks.
• Recommend cocktails and wines to guests and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels and compliance with standards.

In this guest-facing role, you'll be the friendly face behind the bar, delighting guests with your warmth, charm, and genuine hospitality. Building rapport and fostering relationships will be at the heart of what you do, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. With your knowledge of classic cocktails and wines, you'll craft delicious drinks and provide recommendations, enhancing the overall guest experience.
