The Evolv Collection’s Skylon in London is seeking a passionate Bartender to join our guest-facing team. You’ll welcome guests, craft cocktails and wines, and provide thoughtful recommendations to enhance the dining experience.

In this role you’ll bring warmth and hospitality, build rapport with guests, and maintain high standards of service in a dynamic, theatre-adjacent venue on the South Bank. Training and career development are supported.

Responsibilities

With your knowledge of classic cocktails and wines, you'll craft delicious drinks and provide recommendations, enhancing the overall guest experience.
