What You’ll Be Doing

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee service during your shift. You will allocate daily duties to the team, keeping the department motivated, whilst also supporting the drive and improvement of products, service, and standards. Leading by example, you will deliver a friendly, professional, and memorable service to all of our guests.

Inspiring the team with clarity and confidence, you will ensure the department is prepared and organized whilst also assisting the Food & Beverage/Restaurant Manager with staff training and development.

What You’ll Need to Be a Great Supervisor

The successful candidate will be professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to delivering 5-star experiences to guests and hotel residents.

You will be highly attentive with strong communication and interpersonal skills and be confident in building relationships with guests and team members. You will be friendly, enthusiastic, and driven to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.

You should have previous hospitality industry experience, including meeting, greeting, and interacting with guests, ideally in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
