Fedcap Group is looking for an Employability Trainer to deliver impactful employment skills training to individuals and groups in Oxford. This office-based role includes facilitating workshops on CV writing, job searching, and interview skills. Candidates should be customer-focused with experience in engaging training delivery, and a commitment to improving clients' employment prospects.
Salary: Starting salary £28,438, rising to £30,253 (upon successful completion of your 9-month probationary period) + £500 retail vouchers
Location:Office-based in Oxford (OX4 1JH) Mon-Fri (9-5pm)
Your Role
As Employability Trainer (Tutor) you will deliver high impact, engaging and interactive employment skills to groups of participants via workshops and to individuals via 1-2-1 tutored sessions. The groups will require focussed employability skills training such as CV writing, transferable skills analysis, job search, digital skills and interview skill preparation to help them move on to achieve and sustain new employment.
