A leading hospitality consultancy is seeking a Reception Manager/Assistant Front Office Manager for a temp-to-perm position in London. Job description

What’s involved?

  • Responsible for the front desk and team while on shift
  • Report any issues or incidents to the Front Office Manager
  • Duty manager shifts as and when required
  • Checking room allocations, upgrades, special requests, meeting & greeting VIP’s, corporate and regular guests
  • Liaising with all departments on a day to day basis

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is essential and with excellent people skills as well as a friendly manner. Also able to work under pressure but remain calm and confident.
  • Preferably 12 months experience as a Reception Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager
  • Must have Opera PMS
  • Immediately available with no prior commitments such as notice or holidays as we need someone who can commit for a min. of 4 weeks
  • Have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
