Job summary

Village Hotel Club in Warrington is seeking a Reception Manager to lead our front desk team and ensure outstanding guest service. This permanent, full-time role focuses on creating a welcoming experience, handling guest inquiries, and guiding the team with our latest technology.

You will motivate colleagues, work cross-functionally with other departments, and maintain the high standards that define Village Hotels across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a front desk/reception team.
• Excellent guest service delivery and communication.
• Ability to work across departments to meet guest needs.
• Strong problem-solving and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the reception team to deliver flawless guest experiences.
• Interact with guests and provide guidance using the latest technology.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high welcome standards and support the guest journey from check-in to check-out.
