We are currently recruiting for a Reception Manager for our 5 Star The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Luxury Collection Hotel.
Overview:
An amazing opportunity to join The Edwardian Manchester Hotel.
As a Reception Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the lobby operation, maintaining a high level of service, and exceeding guest expectations.
Your focus will be on service delivery and guest satisfaction within this role.
You will lead and motivate the lobby team to establish a highly motivated and effective team.
About You:
Proven experience overseeing a busy reception as a supervisor or hotel duty manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
Previous experience with IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Guest Plus.
Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
Impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken.
