As a host to our guests, you’ll play a key role in ensuring they create memories to last a lifetime.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing a wonderful reception and nights team.
2. Keeping track of stationery supplies and ordering via Procure Wizard.
3. Training new staff to uphold our high standards.
4. Participating in the Duty Manager rota alongside Heads of Department.
5. Recruiting new team members when staff leave.
6. Hosting guests from check-in to check-out, including booking tables, advising on local hotspots, or engaging in friendly chats.
7. Collaborating across departments to ensure smooth operations.
8. The salary for this role is £27,500 per annum on a 40-hour week contract.
9. A monthly Service charge share bonus, approximately £3,000+ per year, will be added to your pay.
