As a host to our guests, you will play a key role in ensuring they create lasting memories.

Key points about the role include:

• Managing a superb reception and nights team.
• Maintaining stock levels and ordering supplies via Procure Wizard to avoid shortages.
• Training new staff to uphold our high standards.
• Participating in the Duty Manager rota alongside Heads of Department.
• Recruiting new talent when team members leave.
• Hosting guests from check-in to check-out, including booking tables, providing local recommendations, or engaging in conversation.
• Contributing to a team-oriented environment by assisting across departments as needed.
• The role offers a salary of £27,500 per annum on a 40-hour week contract.
• A monthly Service charge share, approximately £3,000+ per year, will be added to your pay.
