As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience to ensure all guests receive professional, refined, and elegant care in all interactions, as well as in the presentation and service of food and beverages. This role requires an enthusiastic, motivated, and service-driven professional, willing to create an outstanding experience for the customer. Ensure that the Company’s standard of service is met and adhered to at all times.

Main Duties:

  1. Customer Greeting and Concierge Service
  2. Warmly welcome all customers upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
  3. Understand the needs of the client and guide clients to the appropriate departments based on their needs.
  4. Maintain a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere in the showroom, upholding the company’s high standards of customer care.
  5. Offer, prepare, and serve tea, coffee, and cold refreshments.
  6. Assist the Sales consultants during customer appointments.
  7. Ensure all requests are dealt with in a secure and timely fashion.
  8. Maintain food and drink preparation areas, back office areas.
  9. Maintain sales and customer service client areas.
  10. Monitor and replenish stock.
  11. Help with product displays and ensure the showroom is presentable and stocked with high-quality materials.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.
  13. Work closely with the team to establish and resolve problems.
  14. Use all Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP, Sage, and Sell-out systems.
  15. Run errands and take on any requests to ensure the store runs efficiently.
  16. Keep the store tidy at all times.

Criteria:

  1. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and a confident telephone manner.
  2. Significant experience in hospitality roles.
  3. Ability to communicate effectively with internal staff, external customers, and suppliers.
  4. Enthusiastic and positive personality, with effective time and productivity management.
  5. Ability to work as a self-motivated individual and as part of a team.
  6. Proven organizational skills with the ability to set and meet deadlines.
  7. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing pressure.
  8. Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene.
  9. Full knowledge of products to explain and recommend purchases (full training will be provided).
  10. Experience in the Luxury Retail Industry is desirable but not essential.
  11. Must hold a valid passport and complete a security DBS check.
