Job role of Door Host/Hostess:
SUSHISAMBA/Duck and Waffle are now looking for an experienced Door Host/Hostess to join the team as we continue to grow across our European Flagship nearLiverpool Street, London.
The Door Host/Hostessare the first and last point of contact our guest face when visiting our venues, this role requires someone who is incredibly dynamic, who has the ability to leave a great first and last impression on each of guests.
You will need to be vigilant at all times and highly organised during our very busy periods in directing our guests to the right restaurant/bar locations, informing the relevant restaurant host on who is arriving, ensuring the operate runs smoothly.
Service is always at the forefront soit’s essential for you to beexceptionally welcoming, dynamic and very friendly. Our guests choose SUSHISAMBA London fora memorableexperience, and you will be part of making each experience that extra special.
The ideal candidate for Host/Hostess:

experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in guest services, reception and concierge in a London 4* or 5* operation is advantageous.
Must be available to work 5 days a week between (Monday - Sunday)
Good communication skills and passion for hospitality industry.
You must thrive on the challenge of always exceeding the guest’s expectations.
Must have a professional and well-groomed appearance, as he/she is the first impression of the restaurant.
Ability to multi-task and follow directions.
Flexibility in scheduling strongly preferred.
