Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with solid EYFS knowledge.
• Strong planning, assessment and classroom management.
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated EYFS learning aligned to statutory framework.
• Develop early literacy, phonics, numeracy and language skills.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe, assess and track pupil progress to inform planning.
• Support children with SEND and EAL; engage with parents and colleagues.
