Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated learning in line with the EYFS statutory framework.
• Develop early literacy, phonics, numeracy, communication and social skills through teaching and play.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
• Observe, assess and track pupil progress to inform planning.
• Support children with SEND and EAL.
• Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
• Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing and safeguarding; contribute to wider school life.
