Job summary

Enrichment Education Ltd in the London Borough of Redbridge is seeking a Reception Class Teacher for a one-year maternity contract. You will deliver engaging early years education in a nurturing, inclusive environment and support children's academic, social and emotional development.

The role requires QTS, strong EYFS knowledge and effective planning, assessment and teamwork. You will work with parents, TAs and colleagues to promote safeguarding, inclusion and positive behaviour.

Qualifications

• QTS is essential and EYFS understanding is required.
• Strong planning, assessment and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, differentiated learning in line with EYFS.
• Develop early literacy, phonics, numeracy and social skills.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom.
• Observe and track pupil progress to inform planning.
• Support children with SEND and EAL.
• Build positive relationships with parents, staff and colleagues.
• Promote wellbeing and safeguarding, contributing to school life.
