De Bohun Primary School are seeking a creative Reception Class Teacher to join our dedicated EYFS team. You will deliver rich, play-based learning, underpinning the revised EYFS framework, and build strong partnerships with parents to support early development.

Qualifications

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with significant Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) experience.
• Strong knowledge of the revised EYFS framework and how young children learn.
• Able to create an inclusive, high-quality learning environment for diverse needs.
• Excellent skills in monitoring progress, early intervention, and working with parents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a child-centred, progressive EYFS curriculum.
• Track children’s development using ongoing observations and assessments.
• Maintain dynamic indoor/outdoor learning spaces that promote independent learning.
• Lead and mentor colleagues for UPS candidates and contribute to curriculum development.
