Located in the heart of Bloomsbury, the Royal National Hotel is one of the UK's largest with over 1,600 rooms. We seek a dedicated Front Office Coordinator to ensure an exceptional guest journey, managing check-in to check-out processes, reservations, and guest inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and input group bookings, liaising with the Groups department.
  • Handle booking requests and comments via Expedia, the company's app, and other platforms.
  • Respond courteously to guest inquiries via the switchboard, ensuring timely follow-up or escalation.
  • Send reservation confirmations and invoices to guests or clients.
Candidate Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Reception Manager in a hotel environment.
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with guests and internal teams.
