Job summary

Roeslein Modular Fabrication in Red Bud, IL is seeking a reliable Receiving Specialist to verify contents, log materials, and coordinate with the supply chain. You will work under the Receiving Supervisor to ensure accurate inventory and timely material flow.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, forklift experience, at least 3 years in shipping and receiving, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook. The role offers competitive pay, ESOP benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred.
• At least 3 years of shipping & receiving experience is strongly preferred.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills are required.
• Must be able to learn and utilize company specific software.
• Great organization skills and attention to detail are required.
• Problem solving skills are required.
• High level of energy and motivation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including, but not limited to, frequent and mandatory overtime and some weekends required.
• Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Check-in, match, count, and stock all incoming material.
• Enter incoming & outgoing materials into RoesTrac.
• Report any discrepancies to the Receiving Specialist and assist appropriately.
• Pack, seal, and return materials in a timely manner.
• Serves as point person for employees who needs items from the cage.
• Regularly communicates information regarding materials to all required parties.
• Regular attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.
• Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner and work in accordance with established safety and company requirements.
