Job summary

Roeslein Modular Fabrication, a key facility of Roeslein & Associates, is seeking a manufacturing position in Red Bud, IL. The role involves setting up and operating multiple machines, performing PM, and ensuring parts meet specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• At least two years of manufacturing or industrial experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience operating various equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read blue prints, ISO’s and other technical documents is required
• Strong math skills and problem solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate equipment safely.
• Troubleshoot equipment and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Prepare parts using measuring tools.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
• Perform daily maintenance per PM system.
