Job summary

Roeslein Modular Fabrication, a key facility of Roeslein & Associates, seeks a senior accounting professional to manage financial statements and joint operations for Pride and Red Bud facilities. You will oversee AP/AR, payroll, budgeting, and tax filings, driving accurate reporting and cost control.

The role emphasizes hands-on accounting expertise, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Five years of hands-on accounting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial statements, accounting, and administrative duties for Pride and Red Bud facilities.
• Support job costing and financial accounting efforts across the manufacturing sites.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and monthly reconciliations.
• Handle payroll and related tax compliance.
• Assist in budgets, tax filings, and financial reporting.
