Job summary

Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Receipt and Delivery Assistant to join the Procurement team. You will support delivering a comprehensive receipt and delivery service, ensuring timely deliveries of goods across the Trust and accurate receipting on Trust systems.

You will maintain records for goods received, delivered and returned for traceability, plan deliveries to wards, and contribute to a cost improvement plan while maintaining excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to plan and coordinate deliveries to wards and departments.
• Accurate record-keeping for goods received/delivered/returned for traceability.

Responsibilities

• Support the Receipt & Delivery service to ensure timely deliveries across the Trust.
• Receipting orders on Trust systems to enable invoices to be paid without delay.
• Keep and maintain records for goods received/delivered/returned for traceability.
