Job summary

Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Procurement and Supply Systems and Data Manager to lead governance, data quality and development of procurement, inventory and catalogue systems.

In this Band 7 role (37.5 hours per week) you will drive system improvements, collaborate with Finance, Digital and clinical teams, train staff and ensure robust controls to support safe, efficient access to goods and services. Flexible working options are available.

Qualifications

• Governance and administration of procurement, inventory, catalogue and related systems.
• Ensure data quality, system integrity and compliant master data.
• Lead training and assurance activities for system users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, administration and continuous improvement of procurement, inventory, catalogue and related supply chain systems.
• Develop system roadmaps and improvement plans with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, ICT, Digital and external providers.
• Provide specialist guidance on procurement systems, catalogue governance, IMS processes, master data and system data repositories.
• Build and maintain relationships with system providers, suppliers and partner organisations to resolve issues and support system improvements.
