Job summary

Visa in London is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a tribe within Visa Direct’s Currencycloud product. You will own the tribe’s strategy, align multiple teams, and translate platform goals into clear bets, roadmaps and outcomes.

You’ll line-manage Product Managers, partner with engineering, Commercial, and Marketing, and drive cross-tribe discovery, delivery and adoption. This role is hybrid with three in-office days at London Paddington.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in product roles, fintech or tech-led company preferred.
• Proven ability to craft and communicate product strategy and roadmaps using market research, customer insights and data.
• Experience coaching Product Managers and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong prioritization and data-informed decision making with clear trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the tribe's product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead market and customer analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Line manage Product Managers and build a high-performing team.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery and ensure high-quality releases.
