Job summary

Supercell in London is seeking a MarTech Engineer to own and evolve our CRM data platform, powering data syncs today and planning real-time, multi-channel marketing across email, push, and future channels. This platform engineering role combines product ownership with end-to-end responsibility—from architecture to governance and self-service.

You will collaborate with the mobile attribution team to support measurement and ensure GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM data platform. Build reliable, scalable data pipelines between warehouse and CRM.
• Deliver near real-time player events to power lifecycle messaging.
• Expand messaging channels to support email, push, and future platforms.
• Partner on marketing measurement with mobile attribution stack.
• Build privacy by design with consent/identity management and GDPR compliance.
• Enable self-service onboarding of new CRM data sources and events.
• Implement testing, CI/CD, observability, and resilient system design.
