Job summary

Supercell is seeking a Lead to advance the Marketing Data Science team. The role blends project ownership, stakeholder leadership, and senior data science craft for mobile marketing measurement, with a people-lead remit for the team.

You’ll shape the function’s direction, push AI-enabled approaches, and mentor data scientists across marketing domains, reporting to the Head of Marketing Data and Analytics in London or Helsinki.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of applied data science/analytics with mobile gaming, apps, e-commerce or ad-tech experience.
• Experience leading or significantly contributing to a data function, including hiring.

Responsibilities

• Own projects and stakeholders from problem framing to shipped outcomes.
• Connect data science across the full marketing mix and ensure coherent measurement.
• Lead predictive modeling and measurement portfolio (pLTV, attribution, incrementality).
• Set the technical bar for applied ML, causal inference, and mobile games data science.
