Qualifications

• Must be a problem-solver with a calm, methodical approach under pressure.
• Excellent clear and concise communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn; no prior trading or financial services experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trading infrastructure in real time and drive root causes to resolution.
• Triage incidents and coordinate with development, research and trading teams.
• Be the primary contact with exchanges/brokers on operations, including connectivity, latency and order issues.
• Track exchange API changes and coordinate adoption across internal teams.
• Support dev teams in planning, testing and safely deploying production changes.
• Leverage AI tools to improve ops efficiency and platform monitoring.
