Job summary

Snowplow is seeking a Solutions Architect in the Technical Services team to lead the technical delivery for customer engagements from onboarding to long-term roadmap. You will design tracking, pipelines, and data models, and stay as a technical partner with a portfolio of customers.

You’ll work hands-on with schemas, trackers, SQL, JavaScript, and more to help customers make data-driven decisions and build scalable real-time analytics.

Qualifications

• Several years in solutions architecture, technical account management, technical consulting, sales engineering, or professional services.
• You take a consultative approach, advising senior technical stakeholders.
• You’ve built and maintained long-term customer relationships.
• Strong data engineering foundations, understanding data flows from collection to warehouse.
• Comfort with Python or JavaScript to support tracker implementations and demos.
• Clear communication to explain schema decisions and business impact.
• Ownership across multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical side of customer onboardings from Sales handover to production pipeline.
• Design tracking plans and schemas reflecting business needs.
• Guide data modelling from raw events to analytics-ready tables.
• Develop real-time solutions driven by Snowplow Signals, from concept to production.
• Be the ongoing technical lead for a portfolio of accounts.
• Provide consultative advice to shape data strategy and roadmaps.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across front-end tracking, data modelling, and real-time processing.
• Partner on adoption roadmaps and build reusable assets for faster engagements.
