Job summary

Michael Page, Manchester-based, is recruiting a Real Estate Associate for a top-tier international law firm. You will advise on large-scale property matters, including retail, mixed-use and office developments, and handling leases, acquisitions and disposals.

The team is tier 1 in Legal 500; hybrid working; salary £70k-£76k plus bonus. The successful applicant should have 1–3 PQE and be comfortable with multi-disciplinary projects and client relationship management.

• Draft and review property-related legal documentation, including leases, contracts and agreements.
• Advise clients on real estate transactions, acquisitions, and disposals.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in real estate matters.
• Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service.

You will be joining an international law firm in Manchester. As a Real Estate Associate you will be part of our client's highly experienced Real Estate group regularly deal with multi-million pound transactions and acting for some of the largest property owners and developers in the country.

The Real Estate team in Manchester have been rated as tier 1 in the Legal 500.

Job Description

As a Real Estate Associate your duties will include advising on all aspects of Real Estate business including major retail, mixed use and office developments, property financing and commercial landlord and tenant matters and, portfolio acquisitions and disposals. Other duties are listed below.

The Successful Applicant
