Job summary

CMS Law is seeking a senior Real Estate solicitor (6PQE+) to join our esteemed team in Manchester. The role involves handling multi-million pound Real Estate transactions for national and international investors and developers.

The successful candidate will work in a Tier-1 Real Estate group, advising on retail, mixed-use and office developments, financing, and landlord/tenant matters, with opportunities to contribute to portfolio acquisitions and disposals.

• Gained excellent relevant experience from a recognised Real Estate department of a major or medium sized firm.
• Strong academic background
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Flexible approach to meeting client demands
• Commitment to business development and client relationship management

Responsibilities

• Handle multi-million pound Real Estate transactions for national and international investors and developers.
• Advise on all Real Estate matters including retail, mixed-use and office developments, property financing, and landlord/tenant issues.
• Assist with portfolio acquisitions and disposals and support the team in Manchester.

Our highly experienced Real Estate group regularly deals with multi-million pound transactions and act for some of the largest property owners and developers in the country.

The Real Estate team in Manchester have been rated as Tier 1 in the Legal 500. We advise on all aspects of Real Estate business including major retail, mixed use and office developments, property financing and commercial landlord and tenant matters and, portfolio acquisitions and disposals.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our office in Manchester.

We are looking for a 6PQE+ to support national and international investors and developers.

About You

The successful candidate will have:
