A look into the role

As an Associate Director in our Real Estate Tax team, you will:

1. Be part of a high-performing team with extensive sector experience, working with high-profile clients on challenging projects.
2. Develop and mentor junior team members, understanding their career goals.
3. Handle multi-jurisdictional transactions across real estate and infrastructure, with deal sizes ranging from £60m to over £1bn, providing opportunities for rapid promotion.
4. Lead your own work and client interactions, supported by a team of capable tax colleagues.

Knowing you’re right for us

The minimum criteria include:

1. ACA / ACCA / CTA qualification or equivalent
2. UK corporate tax experience, ideally in Real Estate
3. Experience in monitoring and coaching junior team members

Preferred skills include tax structuring, international tax advice, business development, tax compliance, and setting up property funds. Experience in the UK Real Estate market and demonstrable business development skills are advantageous.
