Real Estate Solicitor – Junior Solicitor / Associate

An established commercial law firm in Belfast is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing real estate team. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading clients on some of the most complex and exciting property deals in the region.

You will work on a varied range of transactions, including:

1. Advising on property development deals across various industries such as retail, hospitality, commercial office development, agriculture, energy, and infrastructure.
2. Investment deals, property acquisitions/disposals.
3. Real estate finance, asset management, and more.

You will operate on behalf of leading developers and public bodies, working closely with other departments within the firm and third-party professionals such as surveyors.

Requirements:

• Qualified as a solicitor in NI, ideally dual qualified (ROI/E&W/Scotland).
• Experience in commercial property at junior or mid-level (e.g., 1-5 years PQE).
• Confident, autonomous, team player, and highly ambitious.
