Job summary

Chadwick Nott is recruiting for an Associate or Senior Associate in Real Estate to join our Bristol team on a hybrid basis. The role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of hospitality and leisure operator clients and a broad range of real estate matters, with opportunities to work cross-functionally within a national property practice.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years PQE, strong technical real estate skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in real estate
• Strong technical real estate expertise
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Advising on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals for hospitality and leisure operators
• Supporting development agreements, pre-let arrangements and portfolio re-gears
• Managing landlord and tenant matters, licences, easements, variations and ancillary agreements
• Assisting with estate management and property-related operational matters
• Building and developing client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives
